My daughter loves her new volleyball sneakers from Way of Wade. We had to return the first pair because they were a little small but the return process was very easy.

I would like to say good customer service but I asked for a return label so I could send back my shoes which are too big for me since the shoes run larger and I have not received a reply back and told me to leave a review and then they’ll send me one. As I did leave one now but still no return label??
Response from wayofwade.comJul 27, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Please kindly reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] with your order details, and they will assist you with the return label as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to resolve this for you promptly.
