My son recently bought a pair of shoes from this company after watching a lot of adverts how good is the grip. But when it arriwed he tried it on the court and the grip is soo bad. he can even go to ice skating with that shoe. Then we contact to them but they just offered a 20 dollars refund and they even refused to change it with an other pair So the grip on that shoes are terrible compare to nike or puma Emre Leo

Hi there, It’s been 3 weeks since the shoes arrived back at your US facility. According to your return policy, the refund should be processed within 10 business days. However, I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve emailed customer service a couple of times but haven’t received any response. Very disappointing 🥲

Terrible quality shoes. Followed their size guide and shoes are too small. No return or exchange for Canada. An utter waste of $300.

I purchased the Way of Wade All City 12 Encore directly from their website and had a terrible experience from start to finish. From the very first wear, the insoles constantly shifted, making the shoes uncomfortable and unstable. Even worse, the traction on indoor courts was nearly nonexistent, which made them unsafe to use. These issues were present immediately — not after extended wear. I contacted customer support, explained the problem in detail, and even provided a video showing the defect. Despite acknowledging the issue, they refused to offer a refund because I had worn the shoes (even though the problem was apparent from the first use). After several back-and-forth emails, they only offered a partial refund of $30 or a $45 coupon — for a product that cost over $100 and was essentially defective. It’s clear this company is not interested in standing behind its products. I expected much better from a brand positioned in the performance footwear space. I won’t be purchasing from Way of Wade again, and I recommend others be extremely cautious before doing so.

I order bb shoes for my son . It’s been 2 weeks and I have emailed the website twice enquiring where my purchase is and when will it arrive . Both times I have been sent a tracking link but all it says is that the parcel has been dispatched . I am now getting worried that I may never recieve my purchase . Please do not buy of this website . I did check with trustpilot before I purchased and I foolish went ahead as my child was eager to get these basket ball shoes . I won’t ignore advise next time

Firstly, the $200 shoes failed within months. The "carbon fiber" sole insert cracked in half and then ran like a windshield crack. Secondly, customer service is uncontactable. Emails to their support email address get returned as undeliverable. If you call their phone number, they never answer, rather redirect you to an email that doesn't accept anything incoming.

Ordered a pair of basketball shoes which didn’t fit my son. Customer services said I had to pay for postage from UK to US for returns, which I did for $43! Still not refund, one month later….

Total Junk! I bought 2 pairs of sneakers/shoes from them and a pair of 'slides' and the actual set of sneakers/shoes we did use (only for games, never outdoors), fell apart and had a 4+ inch rip/tear in the shoe, making them unusable (foot casing separated from cushion). I contacted Way of Wade for support and they tell me, the shoes are only good for 60 days. I will never buy another way of wade product. ZERO SUPPORT/WARRANTY.
