Returning the shoes if they do not fit is not free. You have to pay shipment with tracking to Germany. In our case, shipping from Spain costs 27€ which is 30% of the cost of the shoes. That's not the kind of service I would expect from a company selling shoes for a hundred euros the pair.

Now I’m left scrambling to find a replacement pair, which is both frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better quality control and a more customer-focused approach. I hope this review encourages the company to reevaluate its standards and policies to better support loyal customers. Update: After receiving a defective item, I contacted customer service and was offered a $25 coupon as final compensation. Unfortunately, they declined to issue a refund or replacement, citing limitations in their quality-issue coverage. I found this resolution unacceptable and will not be making future purchases. Their response lacked accountability and failed to address the core issue.

First experience went well - relatively fast shipping, cheap prices from the direct website but one clothing item cancelled from the order without explanations. Then came the awful, ugly experience : two pair of shoes ordered, two packages received, two boxes, only one pair of shoes. After investigation, second package was opened and resealed - box was emptied and placed back in the shipping package. Spent 3 months trying to obtain a refund from their customer service - providing even police documents after reporting theft of goods. They then went on to circle back on every single aspect of my refund request. Only once I filled a claim with Paypal, their customer service started to try being helpful : understand here that they spammed me with emails, pressuring me to cancel the dispute while claiming that funds were "frozen" and would be unlocked once I would close the dispute. I was finaly able to get a refund for the missing item received, but not thanks to their horrible customer service. Overall, products are good for the price, but the customer service experience was just utterly garbage. Helpfulness was nowhere to be found at first and turned into aggressive spam and blatant lies to avoid even refunding a cent. So : avoid unless you're sure you'll be lucky enough to not get have any issues with your order.

Horrible experience with shipping. Ordered sneakers for my son at college, and they wouldn't deliver, claiming they didn't have the address. A Way of Wade customer representative told me that I had to go pick them up... Are you kidding me? I am still waiting on a refund since I can't pick them up (I am not local, and they never were able to tell me where they were), and my son doesn't have a car on campus (hence the point of delivery).

I placed a order for 6 pairs of shoes and paid to expedite the order. 5 days later I get an email to confirm my order with a photo of my ID, a photo of my card I placed the order with and to confirm my sizes. The expedite i paid for is for 3 to 7 days for delivery. What the he'll are they expediting, why pay extra money for shoes that are not being expedited and why the he'll do I need to give you all this information when you already took all my money. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen with any company. You have no voice because they have a pre recording line that says the same lie about being busy. Thanks a lot Dwayne wade for being connected to a company that takes advantage of Americans and steals their money.

Usually don’t have an issue with the shoes have ordered there before. But just ordered new way of wades 10s and received 2 left shoes. I’m not sure how this happens.

I paid for a pair of shoes and I never received anything. I emailed no response I called and I keep getting the same message about how they have nobody there to answer phones if this is how D Wade does business he’s better off not being with a company like Nike. This is a rip off company who sends out stuff when they feel like it.

We purchased this unknown brand. Way of Wade is lucky as we still wanted to buy to check the fit to our feet. We tried the shoes and the insole/midsole (which is the crux of the product) is hurting the feet. We decided to return it. Now, the customer service asked us to take many pictures of the shoes - Top, side, bottoms, etc before shipment for RMA. They decided to reject the return initiation saying that they see there is "scuffs" on the shoes. Can Way of Wade provide pictures of THE SHOES individually prior shipments to customers??? Where is your proof. So, do not buy unless you are 100.00 % sure. Do not buy if you want to try the fit.
