Non transparent costs. One of the delivery person was unprofessional and almost threw a tantrum and walked away while having a conversation- "I got no time. I am busy". Well- we pay for your time. At least care enough to talk with your customer

The delivery team was great and courteous. However, the fact that there was a backlog of a month or so to get access to my stuff makes this service somewhat moot...

Dear Tobias, We were sorry to hear that you were unable to schedule your delivery as soon as you wanted. As we tell customers in our FAQ's, If you do not see your first choice for times please schedule your order for the first available and then give us a call or email [email protected]. We'll do our best to work with you to find a delivery time that would work for you! We see you scheduled your order, but never reached out to us and we were unaware of your needs. Had you notified us we would have been happy to accommodate a delivery at a time that would have met your needs. The people who picked up my things dropped one of my boxes in June and when I got them back in September 3 of my glass cups were broken. One of the delivery drivers was commenting on my “beautiful skin” and made me feel uncomfortable.

Everything were there, and nothing is lost, but lots of them are damaged, like some paper works, cups, and luggages, especially bottles with liquid, they spill everywhere, making me to clean up things for a long time. The other thing that I’m not satisfied with is the stickers you put on the handles of the luggages. They are of terrible quality and leaves glue marks that are impossible to clean off.
