Both my move out and move in went very smooth. Brandon and Byran were awesome for my move in! NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was damaged or broken when I unpacked. I highly recommend Livible for your storage and moving needs.

My experience with Elise and the entire Livible team over the past year has been one of the best customer-service experiences I've ever had. The 2 aspects that stand out most: their communication level (easy to reach, they always follow up, clear info every step of the way) and their natural desire as a company to go above and beyond. One time, I couldn't remember which boxes a few items were located in — Elise and the team were happy to dig through, send photos, and pull the items out for me! In another Livible move, some items arrived broken in their boxes. Without even having the chance to tell Livible customer service, the moving team alerted Elise first and SHE reached out to ME, offering to help remedy the situation. Every step of the way, I've felt taken care of by Livible, and that they'd be able to come up with a plan or solution I'd be happy with for any given situation. Livible has been the perfect, seamless, all-from-an-app solution for my mobile urban lifestyle. This is the way you take care of a customer — many of these start-ups could learn from Livible. Could not recommend them more!
