I needed to add some boxes to the storage account I already had with Livible. The pickup was on time and Jaylin was very helpful in getting the items recorded and packed into the truck. As expected, the items were added to the "My Livible" section of my account with clear pictures so I could record the index number and track them with the rest of my items.

I was helping a colleague with a last-minute storage project. We needed bulky furniture picked up on a specific date/time and there wasn't any flexibility. Livible to the rescue! I called in to customer service and William helped me set up the pick-up that met the time restrictions. Tony and crew picked up the items and I didn't have to worry about it while I took care of some other details with this move. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend using Livible for storage needs because it's a smooth process and you don't have to coordinate moving labor, vehicle, etc. They take care of all of it!
