They are a very, very good alternative to the do it yourself moving and storage experience. They are fast, efficient and friendly and easy on the budget. However I did feel a little rushed at the end and missed some smaller items that needed to go into storage. But to be fair we were not as prepared as we should have been.

Really liked the idea, but not being able to utilize the service on Sundays and Mondays is a huge drawback. I look forward to seeing how this business changes in the future!

Pickup team was great. Professional, worked quickly, treated items with care. Scheduling had a few hiccups - changed time and then were late.

Jaylin and Darren, who came to load my things, were fantastic. They were well trained, careful, and very professional. I had Livible store a whole bunch of U Haul book boxes that are 12" x 12" x 12", or 1 cubic foot each, and got charged no less than 1 cubic foot per item. I will be asking about that. Once I get my things delivered back will be the time to provide the most relevant overall review.

Movers&packers were polite, efficient and did a good job. So far my experience has been very good

My only concern is that the guys showed up 3 hours earlier than scheduled. Per the original email from Elise dated 2/27/19 this was scheduled from 2-3 pm : Order: 7117336 Then another email was sent on 3/6/19 that I did not go over the details on the time as I had already received confirmation form 2-3pm as I also confirmed with Elise over the phone: This turned out to be a happy accident as the painter wanted my things out of there but I am concerned it could happen in the future and actually be an inconvenience. The movers were great guys.

The service was great. They are flexible in time and they contact you directly.

Great service, but they use a lot of stickers to keep track of your stuff that we are still trying to get off some of our furniture. Make sure they wrap stuff before sticking it with stickers.
