waxworkrecords.comReviews of waxworkrecords.com

Worst costumer service ever. Karla did nothing to help my issue and just felt like she wanted to rush things and take the easiest way out. She wasn't very specific in her responses either. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company either as their policies are so unfair.

I received a colored vinyl set that looked nothing like the pictures on their site. The only way they would give a refund or exchange was if I paid for return shipping (which is crazy expensive). Clearly, they do not stand behind their products or have any honor at all. I would stay away from ordering anything from Waxwork.

Had an issue with my order and Karla in customer service sorted everything out straight away. Very happy with their response.

Shout out Karla for great customer service very kind

I contacted the staff to ask for a change in shipping and they were super helpful. The records are beautiful and arrived without any problems

I've had generally good service from Waxwork in the past but my last 2 orders haven't been great! Both delayed by not a few days but a number of weeks with no updates via email or their website. I've emailed twice this week to have no response to both. Maybe things aren't going to well for them their end!?

Where’s the zero star option to review this company? It’s 12/23/2024, I placed my order on 11/19/2024. I’ve received 2 different tracking numbers for my order and both say label created. Nothing else, nada, zilch. I’ve reached out to them via telephone and e-mail only to receive the rhetorical ’sorry’. I’ll be filing a reversal of charges from my credit card company and note to never use or recommend Waxworks.

The best shipping process in the business. Always arrives safe and undamaged. I have ordered over 30 times and never a bad experience.
