Site is inconsistant and unreliable
Site is super glitchy, and has many on top of many problems, they have a great support system with fast responses although I dont think with any service I’ve used have I had to contact support 5-6 times a week. I’ve explained most of the problems although nothing has really happened. ETH Deposits had an error a few days ago alongside lengthy withdrawals, I’m currently on the 4-5th waiting day to only see on twitter an hour ago that they claimed the fees are too high after this wait period. If the site begins to see improvements and takes feedback, Ill be adjusting my review accordingly

Hello, We already have a list of improvements and fixes that we are working on, and all these will be published as soon as possible. About the delays on Ethereum withdrawals, on our side we did not have any extra delays. The fees are extremely high right now, since around 2 days, and most other services have this option disabled as well, so it is not our fault at all. The deposit error only occurred once and was fixed as soon as possible, and you were credited. We do care about your opinion though, and are thankful for the feedback.
