WAXPEERReviews of waxpeer.com

Seriously? Marking your prices down 10x on csgoskins.gg isn't going to revive this dead site. Please don't buy from here

It feels like the site is going to close its doors very soon. Everyone should keep this in mind and avoid depositing sums they aren't ok with losing. Basically they will ignore any issues hoping that you'll give up and move on. I got my knife purchase reversed by some new trader. There's a "report reverse" button on their website but it's broken, it errors out immediately. I tried messaging support, but like others said, it's a black hole. First time I didn't get any reply at all, and when I poked them again next day, they told to wait 24h more. Then again. They didn't even ask for more details, didn't even claim the trade didn't appear reversed on their side or whatever. Just "we'll take care of the situation within 24h". After another 24h I tried emailing them - to no reply. All this time the reversed knife was visible in the seller's Steam inventory. It's been 5 days now since I've contacted them. By now trade protection has ended and the scammer got his funds. It's unfortunate because it's one of the few sites that support gifting skins (using someone else's trade url), but non-functioning buttons and non-existent support means the owners no longer even care about maintaining their project. ■■ ID 3377786181

I used Waxpeer in the past and withdrawals used to be reasonably fast. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very different. I currently have three USDT withdrawals pending. Two have been pending for around 48 hours and another for around 24 hours. I also verified my account to speed up the withdrawal process. User ID: 188887 Waxpeer advertises withdrawals as taking “1 second to 48 hours”, but in my case this timeframe was not respected. These are cryptocurrency withdrawals, so even 48 hours is already a very long processing time. I contacted support and was told that all pending withdrawals should be processed today. I appreciate the response, but if withdrawals can take longer than 48 hours, the advertised timeframe should be changed rather than presenting 48 hours as the maximum. The platform also feels significantly less active than it used to. Compared with when I used Waxpeer before, it now feels almost dead, with noticeably less activity. Hopefully the withdrawals are processed today, but this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the platform.

I deposited USDT. The transaction was stuck on the website, and the money never arrived. On June 10, I contacted customer support and received an email asking for the transaction hash, which I sent. Since then, there has been no response from support, and they haven't contacted me since. -$95 is great. Don't risk using this site; if a problem arises, you'll be on your own.

It has a good variety of items, and the site has a promising future. Unfortunately, many orders get stuck for hours, and you have to wait for a single person to release them. The support service is very poor since it relies on only one person. Furthermore, they should automate the process of releasing items that get stuck, but that doesn't happen.

I’ve had a consistently poor experience with this platform. First, customer support is a total "black hole"—they demand your account ID, and once you provide it, they go completely silent. Technically, the platform is a mess. The web interface tells you to add a Steam API key, yet provides no actual field to input it. The mobile app is equally glitchy and frequently fails during login. Even after completing KYC, my trades often don't show up for other users, making the marketplace useless. To top it off, the liquidity is terrible; many items won't sell at all, and the ones that do are priced so low that it isn't worth the effort. Save your time and items—go elsewhere.

I knew, of course, that the site was the worst of all, but I decided to give it one more chance. This is the last time I visited it. The sellers send 1 out of 15 skins that you buy.
