Wow! I was so impressed with this business. Wawak was the only place I could find loops to secure a strap to my straw handbag. I was sure that because they were so obscure, I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg for them. I was astonished that they were under $2 for a pair! Then I figured that they were probably going to get me on shipping but that was just as reasonable at a flat rate. And, to top it all off, I had my product in 2 days! This business sets the gold standard in business as far as I'm concerned.

I have made a few purchases from Wawak since my local sewing store has closed. They have a large selection of products for sewing. The items arrive quickly and are as shown/described. I am extremely happy to have found them.

This is an amazing site. The vast inventory is incredible, the pricing is so low, and the ship costs are more than fair. Thanks for your efforts to build such a business! The zipper I got was .69 cents and shipping $5.95. On Amazon the zipper averages $8.00.

I’ve made 2 orders with wawak, the 1st order had 15 items and the 2nd order had 25 items. Both orders were shipped fast and had all the correct items but the thread snips I ordered had a nick in them. I emailed customer service and they responded right away and sent out a replacement that works perfectly. I’m impressed with their customer service and products so I will continue to order from here.

I used this company to order supplies shipped to a manufacturer. They sent me three boxes of thread and one was the wrong size and color. I contacted them about it and threating me to charge me for the incorrect thread if its not returned to them if they send me the correct thread. I told them I can't guarantee they get it back and this is their fault which they acknowledge. The customer support person said they can't just write-off $30 in product. So they insist on putting ALL responsibility on me for their fulfilment mistakes.
