Hostile, Intimidating, and Unacceptable Conduct I had a deeply unsettling experience at this store after being approached by a man identifying himself as the owner. Unprovoked, he began imposing his political views—extolling his support for right-wing Australia First ideology and the Liberal Party. When I called out his racist, fascist rhetoric and repeatedly asked him to step away and give me physical space, he refused. He defensively claimed he could "do whatever he wanted" in his own shop. When I challenged him directly on whether that included assaulting a woman in his store, he stood completely silent—a refusal to say "no" that spoke volumes. A man refusing to step away from a woman shopping alone after being repeatedly asked to do so is fundamentally threatening and misogynistic behaviour. He eventually asked me to leave, which I was glad to do. This owner cannot tolerate a woman standing up to him or calling out his toxic ideology and intimidation tactics. I strongly advise shoppers—especially women—to avoid this business. No customer should be subjected to political harassment, physical intimidation, or misogyny simply while shopping.

I booked an appointment to have a leak in my pool liner weeks in advance. Called them 5 times to confirm kept getting excuses. They called back after a challenging conversation and said they were on their way and never showed up. I will never dealer with them again.

While I am new to the Florida area I was shocked to see the front line person representing Watson Clinic wearing a thong underneath her pants making her appearance inappropriate.for patients and families to have to view I’ve been employed in hospitals my whole life following a dress code, If employees are allowed to wear what they want at least have lab coats available to cover up what is inappropriate look to represent Watson Clinic.

I went to the Colerain store and Greg helped me. I would recommend going to that store because Greg was very knowledgeable and kind.

Not bad have average products like lany companies

I called today for some help on the Spa we bought from Watsons. I tried to ask how I could drop the temp to 85 degrees. I tried to explain 3 times what was happening. The lady kept talking over me. I finally had to hang up.

Justin and Josh and a third person who may have been the crew chief, all did an outstanding job removing and hauling away our old beast Jacuzzi hot tub. They went above and beyond on a hot day and the old spa was in a difficult place to remove. I was very impressed with their thinking on the fly. Placing the new hot tub was a no-brainer, by comparison. Great job guys.

Had Ryan M out to fix our Jacuzzi hot tub and he did a fantastic job. Explained what the issue was, told us what the fix required and made the repair and ensured everything was in working order before he left.
