Hello Robert, we did speak extensively on Messenger about this. Unfortunately you ordered the wrong size of the jacket from our website (it seems accidentally). We tried to rectify the situation as best we could, but you were unhappy to pay return shipping (as stated by our policy) and continued to blame us for shipping the wrong size (which didn't happen, we shipped you the one that you ordered). There is still the option to get a replacement, as we lined out to you - but you will need to return the jacket. We will cover the shipping of the new jacket without hesitation.
