Took one month to have the product delivered. Installed and tested the water. Worked perfectly on the first day. Added chemicals and tested the next day but the device never worked again. Customer service was weak - offering a replacement cartridge with slow boat shipping. Asked for expedited shipping and was rebuffed. Asked for management 3-4 times and finally got someone else with excuses. Disputed the charge. Would never trust this device long term with an immediate failure and poor support.

This product sucks! The reports are so up and down, and if I take the water to the local pool supply store, it is inconsistent with the device. SCAM! Do not buy! Test strips and water samples are much more reliable. I thought this would bring peace of mind, but all it does is stress me out, because it's so inconsistent!

Sense 2 died after only 3 months. Customer support is constantly asking for the same information over and over. Taking days to respond. Tried calling to escalate the case and was refused. I just want a replacement and they will not provide. Very disappointing as I was looking for a Sutro replacement.

Definitely not worth the $300 we paid and customer service didn’t care about our problem with the unit. We used the Water Guru for 2 months last summer. The process to test the water took at least 20 minutes to get the results. This year it took 30-45 minutes for testing and now it has just quit. We have changed batteries, & a new cassette was put in. And, with sensors for just four types of data, the WaterGuru Sense is far from the most capable monitoring system you can buy. Other products, such as the Sutro, measure bromine and alkalinity levels, too.

The product does work but just some of the time. Customer service likes t have you change the batteries but never fixes the unit for long. They sent me 3 replacements. Same results every time a few good days then it stops again. It is not worth the time or m9ney.
