It’s a shame to have to write a bad review for a company, however, Waterbox doesn’t back the products they sell. I purchased two tanks from them along with a bunch of supporting equipment. Out of the box one of my AI Hydra 32s did not work and Waterbox refused to address it, I had to contact AI directly and pay for shipping to get the light replaced. I don’t know of a retailer where you buy goods and that turn out to be defective and they tell you tough luck, find the manufacturer and take care of it with them.
