Great place to buy watches great prices and best quality watches

Great experience as always! Always recommend to friends. CQ is a great addition to the team.

WuW is a trustworthy and fair dealer for high end wristwatches. I enjoy their diverse selection and pricing is competitive. Above all else, communication is lightning fast and they are watch people; they understand what's important and are knowledgeable when answering your questions. It's a great place for "watch enthusiasts in the know" to buy sell and trade because they speak the language and are students of the industry. Descriptions are accurate and if you are not satisfied, they will work with you as a human being, not as a rank and file customer (1st hand experience here). I am a repeat client, not customer, (there is a difference) for life.

I was pleased with the entire process. Especially my contact, C'Quon Gottlieb. C'Q was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very attentive to my questions and always responded to me in a timely manner. I will not only buy my next watch from WatchUWant but I will also refer my friends. P.S. C'Q is also a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles which made the experience that much better!!

I'd been looking at this particular watch off and on for 4+ years - and one popped up at watchuwant in excellent/LNIB condition at a reasonable price. Did some due diligence on them and in my mind they checked out so I called and discussed the watch with them. They were incredibly easy to work with and I had the watch the next day. Super excited!

Prompt shipping, perfect watch, beautiful packaging and excellent customer service from Tom. Can't recommend highly enough.

Watchuwant has provided a great service, packing was very well done, shipment very fast, the pictures shown on the web site are exactly similar to real watch I got.

Watchuwant.com is great -- they have a terrific selection of watches that are often hard to find, and an especially great collection of Panerai watches. I had trouble with my Panerai and took it to several watch repair places in Los Angeles but did not have good luck -- they couldn't repair the watch and the dealer wanted to send it away for several months. I ended up sending it to Marc Imberman at watchuwant and he not only fixed the watch, but also got it back to me in about two weeks and for a reasonable price. Although I was nervous about sending my watch in the mail he insured the watch and gave me tracking numbers. Almost a year later I had a little trouble with the watch but he fixed it again at no charge and very quickly. I've never written an online review before but this company, and Marc, are excellent.
