Josh was great. He made me feel comfortable with such a large purchase. Would definitely recommend this site......and the watch is in fantastic shape. Looks like new.

Company president makes lemonade out of lemons......!
A few days ago I wrote a very negative review of this company. Since that time, the president of the company, Shannon, reached out to try and ameliorate the situation and make amends in any way possbile. She never tried to make excuses but wanted to learn how to improve and learn from this experience. She was extremely diligent in trying to get in touch with me, making several phone calls. Aften allaying any fears I may have had, she was able to completely reverse my opinon of her company. With a company leader like Shannon, how could you not want to do business with Watchuwant.......I know I will and soon.

Barry & David were Fantastic to deal with
Watchuwant.com & specifically Barry and David were fantastic to deal with. I have been looking for a Ulysse Nardin for a few years now and could not find one in my price range that met my criteria. Not only did they have it, but we made a deal that was fair for both people, including a trade in. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label to send my watch Priority overnight and sent out my new watch the same way the very next day! I received the watch and it is in mint condition and appears to never have been worn! I would highly recommend them and will be doing more business in the future.

100% trustly and efficient
The experience of buying for the first time a watch with WatchUWant was fantastic. Authentic Franck Muller watch sold with ease
