If you are looking for 'real' watch Joshua and Watch-U-Want is where to look. Top quality used watches at a good price with great service. Joshua and the whole process inspires trust. The customer experience clearly comes first. Joshua realizes this is a major purchase and it comes through in the respect and knowledge he bring to the transaction. I'll be buying another watch from Joshua and have already recommended him to good friends of mine.

I purchased 2 watches and sold 1 and i have only great things to say. They are reasonable, quick, and watches are always in great condition. All the deals were simple and with no aggravation (something which doesn't exist today). I will definitely but and sell with WUW again!!

I had an issue with a deal they had promised to make. After speaking to them-- they corrected the concern and honored their agreement.

I worked with Chris to trace in my Breitling Super Avenger for a Rolex Deep Sea Dweller. Chris was honest every step of the way and helped me get what I wanted. I would not hesitate to do business here again and will give them all my watch business. Price is not everything but service is most important to me. Thanks Chris and Watch U Want.

I continue to return to Watchuwant because of the service and the team. Thank you.

Great experience with knowledgeable and professional staff.

Chris Distefano, has exceeded my expectations in selling watches to me and selling them for me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received a watch that I really wanted, in time for my vacation. He went out looking for the watch, found it, and had in my hands in a couple of days. Amazing customer service!!! I was looking for a high end gold watch. The one I saw on the website, that if was interested in, sold the previous day. Chris found another watch that was similar, and I bought it immediately. Again, Chris went the extra mile to help me. I now have sent him four of my watches to sell, why, because I trust him, his company, based on their dedication to supporting their customers. Chris, thank you for all that you do!!!

I contacted Watchuwant regarding a Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Geographic watch. I was promptly contacted by Jeremy Richardson and quickly reached a reasonable price for the watch. I received the watch the next day and it was exactly as described. Jeremy's communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
