good, trust worthy company, responsive service

I initially had a bad experience with a trade/purchase that I was trying to put together with Watchuwant and one of their salesmen. After the transaction fell through, much to my surprise, I was contacted by Anthony R., the Lead Watch Buyer at Watchuwant. We had an extremely friendly conversation and came to a mutually agreeable deal, pending inspection of my watch that I want to trade. Anthony salvaged the deal, and more importantly, left me with the firm impression that customer service and customer satisfaction are their primary goals, along with doing an honest days business. I sincerely believe that Anthony wanted to put together a transaction where both the buyer and seller left the table feeling good. I would highly recommend doing business with Anthony R. More so, he is an exceptional employee of Watchuwant by reaching out to an initially dissatisfied customer and making an initially bad experience very positive.

I was initially reticent to buy an expensive watch online. David S explained the process and made me very comfortable. I have since purchased several watches from David at Watchuwant.com and with the approval (or lack of knowledge) from my wife I will continue to buy more. The service and prices are great.

I can wholeheartedly recommend WUW to any perspective watch buyer. The prices are fair, the service is excellent and they take the fear factor out of spending multiple thousands of dollars online in advance of seeing the product. Good communication , Shipping and very professional staff

I recently bought two watches from Watchuwant. They were both accurately described, the cheapest on the market and the service/ communication with David S and the staff was excellent. I bought unseen and had no issues with next day delivery etc. I would highly recommend Watchuwant to anyone looking for a good value, prestige watch.
