This site ripped my copyrighted photos from my website and is listing my, quite rare, watches on their site (for less, of course) as if they have them in stock. Frustrating, and as my photos are copyrighted, illegal.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I purchased a Franck Muller watch through WatchRapport's platform for $12k. They gave the appearance that they already had access to the watch with the private dealer and could secure the watch.
After they collected my $12k, they then for the first time disclose that they have to now go search for that watch on the open market and would get back to me in 2 weeks.
Fraudulently, they said that they would secure the watch but never did anything to prevent this watch from being sold right from underneath me after they had collected my $12k.
I called numerous time to speak with Watch Rapport Customer service and to my surprise they don't even have a direct line but use a 3rd party call center, who would try to transfer my calls, but many times there was nobody available even during normal business hours. I called them and nobody ever call me back.
I sent an email and the response from them was that they had to wait until my payment was "paid in full," but I confirmed with my credit card company that they had collected the $12k 5 days ago, and this representative was just making that up to stall for more time to source the watch.
They also claim that they have a US office, but all calls to their customer service go to foreign countries like Nigeria. This is a shady company and I would never do business with them again.

Hello Mark,
Thank you for your feedback. We can understand and appreciate your concerns.
However, please note that we never guarantee fulfillment until the watch is secured and the authentication process is completed successfully.
We make the process very clear in our shipping policy, order confirmation, and other places on the site.
This process and the information about the payment policy are also described in our Terms of Use, which were reviewed and signed by you at the time of placing an order. Our customer service representative has also described the process.
Besides, the order is always backed by our 100% money-back guarantee, and the customer can request a refund at any time. This information was also provided with the order confirmation, and we processed the refund immediately as per your request.
With respect to you being a first-time buyer, if you are not comfortable with such a process, we would suggest reviewing the process before placing the order.
At this moment, you are in violation of our Terms of Use.
Please take the time to review our terms of use here: https://watchrapport.com/pages/terms-of-use, remove the inaccurate review or contact us additionally for further clarification.

I purchased a Rolex watch for $7800…
I purchased a Rolex watch for $7800 from Watch Rapport. All the requirements were met and the money was withdrawn from my bank. I then receive a notification that I missed filling out the credit card/debit card charge authorization application. This gives them the approval to charge my debit card and without it they can not charge my card. This was explained to me when I questioned what it was for. Remember they already withdrew my money from my bank but are now telling me they can’t charge my card without this authorization being filled out. Then they send me the application they want front and back of card which showes my signature and security code. Even my bank said that is a huge red flag. I cancelled order on Dec 1st. Was notified that refund was sent, yet I still have received no refund.
Literally an hr after this post I magically got notification of funds deposited into my account.
And to Watch Rapport, I did read terms and conditions. Have you? That’s a cop out answer and my rating is not changing. I’ll even add that your purchase process is horrible and even Wells Fargo and Chase banks agreed with me, that requesting to send pictures of the back of a credit or debit card is overstepping privacy protection and many fraud policies. So you can try to make me look like the bad guy all u want. You stuck to non of your own claims, your customer service tells buyers one thing but do something else and I can add to my watch collection threw a company that isn’t sketchy when you look closer. And for the record, I’m in my 50’s, have a watch collection with over 300 watches. I have every thing from Tag to Tiffany including 7 Rolex watches. I have purchased all but 2 of those 7 on line and never once was asked to send pictures of the back of my credit card. And everyone I have asked both personnel or professional, felt that was way to risky and agreed with me.

Hello Trevor,
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate your concerns. Unfortunately, the tone of your review presents a high probability that you did not review or understand our Terms of Use.
During the checkout process, you agreed to our Terms of Use regarding credit and debit card payments. Due to the nature of the industry of high risk with fraudulent transactions, especially around the Holidays, our security measures and protocols require us to collect card information to protect against unauthorized charges. We take pride in adding additional layers of security to protect our customers. We sincerely apologize if you have your own concerns or uncomfort regarding the transaction process.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to constitute the Terms and Conditions of the sale. We collect and store sensitive data safely and securely. Unfortunately, your bank has misinformed you regarding any red flags.
If you actually read the Terms on the credit and debit card payment authorization form and did not agree to provide the card details we require, why did you proceed with placing your order and continuing the checkout process? The terms on the cart page clearly indicate that your order will be canceled if the authorization form is not completed.
Also, you were informed by our customer service representative that we do not use the form to charge your credit card once again.
Our records indicate that your order was canceled and refunded on December 7, 2021, as per your request the same day. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to credit back to your account statement, depending on your financial institution, as mentioned in our Terms of Use.

ATTENTION they are scammers !!
ATTENTION they are scammers !!! They demand money for something (a watch) that they don't have and as of the invoice date they can't get it. So what do they demand payment for? It doesn't change their terms of use because it violates the law. Can't demand money for nothing (worthless promise of nothing). HOW CAN A SELLER DETERMINE A FAIR PRICE FOR A PRODUCT HE DOESN'T HAVE??? If necessary, I can share the history of conversations with them. I warn everyone !!!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered a Breitling Superocean a month and 1/2 ago. No watch still. Called everyday the past 2 weeks and only get receptionist who tells you that no "specialist" is available. She takes your info says is "urgent" and that someone will get back to you. NO ONE EVER DOES. Horrible, horrible. Just cancelled the order, and now wait to get my money back. I don't trust this company. I will never do business and recommend that you go to a reputable company (even if you pay a little more). At least you will receive some customer service.

I ordered a Rolex Daytona on their…
I ordered a Rolex Daytona on their Boutique preorder , charged my card than they returned the funds after I funded it with 0 percent credit card term but the credit card company still add 4% points for that transaction so it costs me $600 . After many calls , e mails I never got a exact explanation of what happened when I finally got through to somebody . No call backs nothing from Watch Rapport or official response . Just a waste of time and money . I guess the good thing is O got my money back bad thing is it was a waste of time and money . I guess the deal was too good to be true . Now they don’t even have the preorder available .

Biggest SCAM ever with Bank wire no watch in stock
Found a watch and tried contacting them but apparently they are closed fri-mon. Not only that their website and reviews says credit card accepted. I went to purchase a watch. Everything done except the payment part which is a BIG RED FLAG. Crypto or bank wire only. Where's the credit card? I called, some lady answered but was agitated by me just saying hi. They process my order and says 30-90 days for the pre order... now I'm confused. Then it says the watch will maybe look like the photo but no guarantee, um ok? What the f did I buy then? Few hours later I get payment instructions for a bank wire. WT F? They want me to bank wire them money for something they don't have to sell and want me to wait 30-90 days for them to find it. I email, they said bank wire is the ONLY method of payment. And that's why I am here right now writing this and long behold another 1 star review popped up. Avoid completely, I dont know where all these reviews came from, probably from people who'd bought cheap watches but I was buying a Rolex and it's NOT cheap with zero recourse or protection. Pay the extra few hundred and buy from a REAL AUTHORIZED DEALER WITH PRODUCT IN HAND and NOT watch rapport.
Update, watchrapport flags negative reviews. This is why there is very minimal negative reviews. They flagged my negative review.
Another update, they canceled my order saying its fraudulent after I referenced my order number that they requested citing they believe my review is false, after they flagged my review.

I tried to use their Rolex Boutique…
I tried to use their Rolex Boutique purchase option and paid for a couple nice watches they claimed were brand new for MSRP. They were clear I would have to wait for 90-180 days and I was ok with that even though I would have to pay all the money up front. About a month after the transaction went through they said they had some "difficult news to share". They had a sob story about how their transaction processor wasn't trustworthy and so they were ceasing to do business with them even though it didn't affect any of their customers but based purely on ethical reasons of how they were doing business with other companies. They informed me they were going to refund the money to my card (so use that same payment processor again that they so ethically objected to even though my transaction had posted perfectly a month prior) and that I would have to wire them the purchase amount directly. In case you don't know, you should never wire money to anyone you don't have a background with or trust completely since it is irreversible and the other person can just walk away with the money.
I asked them just to keep the money that they already had and that it was silly to refund through the same processor a month later and then ask for a wire to get it back to them.
They never responded. Thankfully my money was refunded to my card, but my wishes weren't granted and I don't think they ever have any intentions of selling anyone a new Rolex for MSRP.
