YOU DONT GET THE WATCH YOU ORDERED
Order #5329, Yachtmaster 2 Supposed to be FULL SET, it came with incorrect papers and didn’t have all the links. They promised it was a FULL SET which would include all original links for the bracelet, it came in at 6 inch (Rolex links are hundreds a piece, so I need to pay more money for it to fit me) They sent me pics from "authenticator" that showed a warranty card from Rome, when it arrived it had Saudi Arabia on it. This is another indication that I didn’t get the watch I promised. Jasmine in customer service hung up on me because shes terrible at her job. Cristina has no clue, give wrong information and makes guarantees that they cant fulfil. She GUARANTEED it would be with me by a certain date and GUARANTEED it came with papers (YES I asked specifically because pics of the watch they sent had no papers). This company had the balls to send lawyers after me for posting a review of my experience. Ask yourself what company does that? What company would rather pay cheap lawyers to “scare” customers who had a bad experience rather than fixing the issues that they have. There you have it folks, the reason there aren’t many bad reviews is in MY OPINION ONLY, is that they scare people by sending threats of a lawsuit. Fact: it wasn’t a full set Fact: I didn’t get the watch they send pics of from “Authenticator” Fact: They sent the wrong year watch to what I ordered Fact: Customer service was terrible Fact: Bracelet came not as a full set Fact: They send some shady lawyer after me, who claimed I violated federal law. Fact: warranty card was different to what they said I was getting Fact: Box was in terrible condition I will say that IN MY OPINION ONLY, this was a terrible company to order from, I didn’t get what was promised, and everything felt shady. Edit: I think you need to look up defamation…. Oyster Bands come with 12 links as standard. The word terrible is subjective if I think the box was terrible how can that be false? I BELIEVE it is terrible therefore it’s not false. The rest of the review stands…. Wrong watch Wrong warranty card Not full set Shady lawyer making threats. Customer service hung up on me twice, and were extremely rude. Trust me pursuit this at your peril, I will counter sue for misrepresentation and breach of contract and sue your law firm for malicious prosecution of a civil claim. Which by the way the attorney you used has been suspended more than once from the practice of law and has terrible reviews etc that speaks volumes. A decent lawyer wouldn’t even send a cease and desist when there is obvious truth to my review. You have dealt with this horribly, threatening bad reviews with lawyers makes you look HORRENDOUS! I won’t be bullied…. The title stands. DID I GET THE EXACT WATCH I ORDERED? NO I DIDNT….you admitted as such. I have also screenshotted your responses admitting those facts for use in court.

Hello Kristian, Thank you for your feedback. Let us address your concerns: 1. The papers were included in the box. Please check inside of the box's head. You can check online what is included in Rolex "papers." Everything was provided to you. 2. The watch was delivered with 11 links as a standard quantity. Please note that there was not any information about any additional links in the product description. We have checked your correspondence with the customer service representative as well. We never confirmed any additional links to this watch. However, it doesn't mean we couldn't provide it if you requested. 3. Please note that we do not have watches in stock, which is clearly described on our website. All the listings on the website are submitted by the 3rd party sellers. We make this process very clear. 4. We include the link to the listing as well, so you can double-check that you received exactly the same watch as you have purchased: https://watchrapport.com/products/rolex-yacht-master-ii-steel-white-dial-blue-hands-on-oyster-bracelet-full-set-44mm 5. Edited, August 22, 2022: Hello Kristian, Unfortunately, there are some false statements in your review. Please take a moment to read some of the comments below: 1.Fact: it wasn’t a full set. We sent you the full set watch with a box and papers. This was also explained in our email to you. 2. Fact: I didn’t get the watch they send pics of from “Authenticator” We sent you a watch in better condition, which we explained in an email. 3. Fact: They sent the wrong year watch to what I ordered Yes, you ordered a 2014 watch; we sent you a 2016. 4. Fact: Customer service was terrible We can provide all the correspondence and chats with our customer service agents, proving that all your questions and concerns were addressed. 5. Fact: Bracelet came not as a full set We sent you the watch with the standard bracelet. However, as you mentioned in your review earlier and correspondence, you wanted to have additional links, which you never bought or requested. 6. Fact: They send some shady lawyer after me, who claimed I violated federal law. Yes, our legal representative contacted you; since you are making false statements, which are direct defamation. 7. Fact: warranty card was different to what they said I was getting It was already addressed earlier 8. Fact: Box was in terrible condition You purchased a pre-owned watch. However, describing the condition of the box as "terrible" is also a false statement. We also would like to mention that you have been offered to return the watch and get a refund since you were unsatisfied with the purchase and with receiving a newer watch for a better price. However, you never proceed with the return. Our legal department will be happy to address all your additional concerns. Respectfully, Watch Rapport
