Maybe its me ,but can't get the home page when l start and it keeps going out. But i do like the new set up it does work better. Hope the price is not going up to much.

I use WatchNewsPro to watch only Fox Business News and Fox News. I've lost count of how many times the screen has frozen, requiring me to refresh my browser (Firefox). Sometimes, the screen goes completely black and I can't get either channel back for hours. Also, the service often "forgets" me, so, the next time I click my bookmark to open Fox or Fox Business, I get the "home" page and have to log into my account again.

I liked the avaiability to FOX news. However the reception from your site for this oneis awful. All the other news channels have no interruptions nor distortions. the FOX channel will freeze, have distorted voice, and go blank. All these also occur on the alternate site,. why just on FOX News? This is why I stopped using your site before and now agtain. Please do not renew my subscription in case I have not do it already

Many times the audio is garbled (slow slow speed). Please correct

I stream Morning Joe in the morning, and Deadline Whitehouse in the afternoon. I experience many glitches which require me to restart a show, and recently, voice and video not in sync for 2-3:days.

Constant interruptions of news feed. Frame freezes speech going fast breaking up Buffering. Transmission is a mess. I have high speed internet and have no problem in other streaming platforms only this one. In fact if streaming does not improve I may cancel my subscription. I’m giving it more time but getting frustrated 😩

I signed up for Watchnews pro by mistake and then canceled two days later. I asked them for a refund and haven’t heard anything back from customer service. Their service is terrible with no way to rewind programming or dvr service. After my review they contacted me and said that if I changed my review they would process my refund. I will let you know .when it comes through. After a couple of days I did received the refund. This TV service still need some work. Try at your own risk.

The broadcast is 2-3 minutes behind real time, i.e., the clock on the screen is lagging. Other than that, the stream is adequate. The price is what I've been waiting for. On the other hand, MSNOW appears to be very flaky and gets stuck at 13%. UPDATE: 8/15/2026 They updated the app last night and things appear to have improved on the Roku stick. I am no longer asked to login every time I use the Roku app. The PC also appears to work fine in Chrome. However, the IPhone (11, ios 26.6) app now appears to cycle constantly -- it streams for a few seconds, then refreshes, which mutes the audio. The update seems to have traded one problem for another, so I did not change my 3-star rating.
