Watch My Diamonds had taken a seemingly frightening experience and turned it into something wonderful. When you are going to be spending tens of thousands of dollars for a watch you never tried on or seen in person, from a company you have never done business with, from people you have never met it can be scary. It was apparent from the beginning that they were not trying to sell you, they were just real honest and helpful. I had many questions which they answered promptly. They sent extra pictures of the watch and calmed all fears. Our watch arrived roughly 36 hrs after purchasing it. It was well protected in its packaging and just as promised. The watch was so beautiful and my experience with them was so nice that I immediately purchased a second watch the same day. When the 2nd watch arrived it was just as great of service as our first. I will be a life long customer. Great experience. If you are hesitant DON’T be. They have been outstanding to deal with. 5 Star experience all the way.
