I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas as a surprise when I purchased it it was too small I called them back and told them I needed a bigger one They took care of it right away then I had a problem with the watch not keeping time They it back fixed it and sent it back these people are trustworthy and most importantly great to work with thanks again Watch my diamonds I would highly recommend

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Very honest, up-front about products they sell. Did not require me prying the details about the used watch - they were up front and honest from the outset. Mary in customer service was terrific! Her attention to detail, her pleasant demeanor, and her willingness to help and make things perfect are greatly appreciated. I certainly hope to do business with Watch my Diamonds in the future. A+++

My Rolex finally arrived today and the feedback was great from WMD. However delivery took quite long but it’s understandable around Christmas time but it’s all good. I’m happy how my Rolex turned out and doing the whole unboxing experience. Again very good customer service making sure you get what you’re looking for!
