Excellent service ! Interlocuteur réactif, agréable et très professionnel. Les montres sont de belle qualité et le délai d’attente reste raisonnable, même pour des projets personnalisés. Une expérience d’achat sérieuse et réussie — je recommande sans hésiter.

The watch looks amazing. Very responsive and fast delivery

I ordered my seiko deepsea 6 weeks ago, ted sent me a video of finished watch, on seeing his work , i ordered another watch, my watches arrived today , they are absolutely stunning pieces. Ted was great answering all my silly questions, great customer service. Top quality outfit. Thankyou Ted.

I have purchased several watches from Teddy at WatchModCustom and his attention to detail, customer service and swift processing has been exemplary. His products have also been of the highest quality and excellent value for money. I will co time to purchase timepieces from him. Outstanding service.

It takes about 4 weeks to get your watch from day you order. Amazing customer service. The customization on website is really good. It's limited. There were a few things I was looking for. Like a 22mm metal bracelet for a bezel. Other than that. It's amazing on how many different watches you can come up with. The one I just ordered and received. I was surprised how good it turned out. I already ordered a second one. Planning on ordering a few more. The quality is really good. Thanks WMC for the amazing experience.

I have to admit I was a little nervous ordering a Seiko Mod watch. I’ve been looking at several websites and decided to give Watchmodcustom a try. Ordering was easy, communication was smooth & quick which was a huge plus. I decided on the Bruce Wayne model & I am smiling ear to ear! The craftsmanship is second to none and the watch itself is built with quality material. I’m definitely searching for my next watch with WMC. Rootbeer is on my list. Thank you so much WMC.

I had purchased a custom watch from them about a month ago. 6/23/25. I then asked them if it was possible to get it before a wedding I have to attend. They were prompt and did everything possible to expedite the process. The watch came 3 days before the wedding, and I couldn't be happier. The build quality is excellent and looks great! I would highly recommend these professionals.

I've ordered a custom made watch for my teenager and I couldn't be more happy with this company. The watch itself feels great and looks great, there is no cheapness about it. It's quite the opposite, actually. The watchmaker who made this watch obviously knows his trade well. When I had questions about my order, they were answered very quickly and very respectfully. Their customer service is top notch. To sum up, this company delivers great products and has a very good customer service. I highly recommend it!
