Poor quality unfortunately
I love the idea of being able to design my own watch. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the quality. When I first received the watch, I noticed that moisture was collecting inside it. Then, after only seven months of normal wear, the rubber wristband broke. As a result, the watch fell onto the bathroom floor and the glass shattered. I was subsequently quoted USD 180 for the repair. What disappointed me most was that there seemed to be no recognition that a wristband should not break after just seven months of regular use, especially when its failure directly caused the damage to the watch. I really like the concept and design of the product, but given this experience, I expected better durability and a more accommodating response regarding the repair. With hindsight I wished I hadn't bought it.
