The Michele watch was delivered in the timeframe promised. It was also perfectly packaged and even gift wrapped. The watch was new and authenticated with all serial numbers and warranties. It was a birthday gift for my wife who was thrilled.

I ordered a watch and waited the 4-6 weeks for the watch to be delivered. I had a great experience dealing with Mark, he was very helpful and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Every time they are prompt with shipping the piece, (I understand with everything going COVID right now companies cannot be help responsible for shipping departments). I purchased a Movado from them about a year ago. I have nothing but great things to say. They e-mailed me a detailed order receipt. I also had a few questions, and they promptly answered them for me. Watch was delivered in a timely fashion, and is authentic, as it had it checked at another watch dealer in my neighborhood. Looking at a few of the negative reviews, it seems like at least one of them is just entitled. You couldn't be at home to sign for your package, so you give this place a negative review?? Ridiculous. Grow up. Work it out with UPS. I'll be purchasing from the again.
