I will change my rating to a five star as soon as Watchmaxx refunds $120 to my credit card. I am not even asking for the $15 discount I was supposed to get but who really cares about $15. My Tag Heuer 41mm Formula 1 (blue face) arrived today. I am convinced as to its authenticity, which is really everyone's concern. It took 6 days from start to finish. The watch is pristine and I love it. They even got the size right as I had requested. The money they owe me is only because I had originally ordered a different unit, which was $1320. I called to change the model to the one I received, which is $1200. I feel certain this will not be a problem. If they handle it in a reasonable amount of time, I will sing their praises and change my rating to a 5 star. Everything else went fine.

I ordered a Hamilton Khaki Pilot watch. I was skeptical due to all of the negative reviews I saw on here. I ordered the watch on 08/23 and it arrived on 08/25 so super fast free shipping. Also another positive is the fact that Watchmaxx doesn't charge sales tax which is a huge money saver. The packaging was okay. The watch came with everything a full set should have except for the user manual and the warranty card which was pretty disappointing. Other than that, the watch does seem to be authentic (I don't think Hamilton's really get duplicated but who knows) and the packaging seemed authentic as well. I will note that it is always super easy to get ahold of customer service. I called a couple times and there is literally no wait to talk to someone and it is always the same person that I talked to. Overall I would say that I am satisfied but I am still disappointed about the lack of a warranty card and no user manual.

My order was delivered almost as scheduled. Found the minor damage to the product box but the watch itself is intact. I should accept it.

Some small delivery issues. Watch had jostled off its cushion and was loose in the box. Slight dent in the outer Tag box corner. Close inspection showed no damage to the watch. All numbers check out appropriately and it is keeping good time and operating properly. Pull out crown feels a bit tight. Watch is immaculate and understatedly beautiful. Strap is a little disappointing in thickness, but okay.
