WatchMaxx.comReviews of watchmaxx.com

I paid a fair price for the watch I purchased and everything was as represented. There were no delays by the company.

Several departments knew about the delivery issue. It therefore helped when i called about its process. And they are friendly + helpfull.

Received a beautiful new watch at very good price. While I had to contact customer support during window of expected delivery, I learned that WatchMaxx was still locating the watch. Shortly thereafter, I received notification that watch shipped. The trade-off is warranty. Tag Heuer store offers 5 yr guaranty vs only 2 yr WatchMaxx guaranty. Hope I have no issues.

Amazing value, price and customer support! Watch was delivered very quickly via their next-day shipping. After lots of research, they definitely have the best price on the market for most watches in stock.

All good,my watches arrived so fast, thank you guys

I found a Ray-Ban Aviator on your site at an awesome price. I lost the previous one I had. It was a relief finding a replacement one at a discounted price on your site. Shipping was great.

Great price, good communication through chat email. New product as described. Quick service. Would recommend. Bought a $5000 Omega.

For me, I wear a watch all day and night. Buying online is difficult at best. WatchMaxx has a USA phone # and a NY address. I was able to talk with a salesman who answered all of my questions. My Luminox is great, light weight and very comfortable. I was concerned it would be to big and recently had a negative experience with another online co. WatchMaxx assured me if I was not pleased there would be no problem with return, just follow the instructions. I would highly recommend this company and I will buy from them in the future. Alan
