awful awful customer service
awful awful customer service! they are beyond rude!! the package needed signature and I was not able to stay home to do that!!! They didn't do anything to make this convenient for me at all!! I ended up being on the phone with customer service, UPS and driving 50 miles to pick up the package from the "closest" UPS center in LA !!! I will avoid watchmaxx and UPS for sure

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, since our products are high value, and fully insured, UPS, FedEx, and USPS require a signature on delivery to prevent fraud. If there was any way for us to assist you, we would have, but the guidelines set by the couriers and the insurance companies are quite strict.
