Horrible return policy. They do not offer free returns. They charge a 3% restocking fee which isn't really listed anywhere. You have to go out of your way to find it. So, you pay for the return and then they charge you again with some total BS fee about a return credit card fee when they don't even pay for your return. They are trying to make money off of returns and there is horrible customer service to boot. Def stay away from this company. Typical NYC scam artists.

The only problem I had with watchMaxx is their return policy. I received my new watch and returned it the same day due to sizing. The cost of the watch was 516.00 and they took 31.00 off for return and handling. I thought that was a little hefty and will cost them in the long run for future buys. Bottom line is to get ready if you have to send it back plus the insured cost.

Absolutely terrible. This watch was NOT ordered by me and was ordered during the middle of the night(AEST) and I have had emails ensuring that you will fix this issue and refund me(since July 2021) and the matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED. I have been patient and polite and you have not resolved this unauthorised purchase

Pésimo, no lo recomiendo bajo ningún caso. Su lente me vino pulido, tiene un sonido extraño cuando se lo mueve y para variar su marcadores no están centrados de una manera correcta. Pésima experiencia no lo volvería a realizar jamás con estos estafadores.

Don’t recommend this site bought a movado watch came in scratch it was too small couldn’t even put it on call costumer service for an exchange they were rude people like that should not be working on costumer service she said was going to send me an email to follow the steps for an exchange until this day haven’t get the email won’t buy on this site ever again 👎

I've purchased Breitling Avenger Hurricane for $4900. The watch was advertised as new and authentic. I came without manufacture warranty AND without authenticity card. I tried to register my new watch on Breitling with model number and serial number - got rejected with "we can not find this watch in our system"! How possibly it can be authentic than?!? So I fund a DEFECT in them right away - the chronograph was not working properly. I made a recording, showing the problem and provided it to the WatchMaxx. They accepted return and provided me with a return label. Based on the UPS tracking WatchMaxx received my return on May 06. Sing then I beaing calling EVERY DAY - requesting my money back. Every day I am receiving different excuses and as of today, May 19 I did not received the refund! Do not recommend watchmaxx.com

Still no watch after a month. Called their support,talked to some lady. Asked her what the deal was and she told me she would call me. Still hasnt and i asked her to upcharge me for expedited shipping. The order says it was supposed to be here already. Garbage service.

I tried to buy a Breitling Emergency, a 13,000 plus watch. I guess this is a minuscule purchase as I can’t get information about when the watch will be shipped. I suppose it’s because this company doesn’t really have the watch, but once I pay, they will search for one. With no solid information on when I will receive the watch, I’ll go elsewhere. My advice is make sure the watch you want is in stock before concluding your purchase. Customer service is severely lacking
