Excellent starting with my first text to them and 4 days later the watch was at my door. 1st time purchase and Ethan was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, clear, concise communication along with answering my questions. There was not any pressure at all. I look forward to doing business with the WatchGuys in the future. Thank you all for taking great care of me.

I recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from Watch Guys. It was my second Rolex purchase from them this year. The service I receive from Ethan is outstanding, and the watches have been in immaculate condition. I searched other dealer prices before purchasing, and Watch Guys always has the best price. I hope to buy another watch in the next year, and it will be from Watch Guys. I can’t recommend them enough. BTW…check out their YouTube channel for great videos of their store and process.

Ethan was very patient in answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with my watch, and the delivery was in less than 24 hours. I would use their services again, and I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with the purchase of a Rolex Submariner. It was a fast, smooth and professional transaction. The condition of the watch was described as “Excellent” but literally looked unworn when I got it. I highly recommend the Watch Guys!
