I purchased my first Rolex from the Watchguys today and had an awesome experience! Ethan was exceptional with advice and he located me a 2026 Batman that was unworn and the full set (box, papers and hangtag) were perfect! Louis sized the bracelet perfectly and then taught me how to use the GMT Master II. Finally Robertino came out and we all took a group photo. The Watchguys are great on You Tube and even better in person!

Really happy with the Explorer II. The whole experience was pretty straightforward. Communication was good, it was shipped quickly, and it arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The watch itself is even better in person. It’s been getting plenty of wrist time already, which probably tells you most of what you need to know. The bank account has had less to say about it. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.

I’ve bought timepieces from Rolex ADs in the past. I’m currently still on queue for other timepieces. I was reluctant to buy expensive timepieces from the grey market because I was afraid of getting scammed. Then, I found WatchGuys on YouTube in December of 2024. I’ve been watching their weekly episodes since then that gave me the confidence to trust them into buying a couple of Rolex timepieces from them. I had been waiting for almost 3 years to buy my wife a 31mm 18k gold two tone date just with Mother Of Pearl dial from my local Rolex AD. I saw that WatchGuys had it as an unworn preorder on their website so I jumped at the opportunity. I bought my wife her watch and I bought myself a discontinued stainless steel Submariner with AKA The Hulk Mark 3(In flawless condition). Exactly the experience I was looking for in shopping for a Rolex. Very professional, courteous, and honest. The watches they label as Excellent condition are held to VERY high standards- I purchased 2 from them (2026 Starbucks and Zombie) and cannot find a single imperfection of any kind. I couldn't even find a fingerprint on the boxes or papers. Everyone I spoke to was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will not hesitate to shop WatchGuys for my next Rolex. Thanks guys!
