Watch was described as “like new” with box and papers. I discussed verbally if it came with all tags prior to purchase. But it only came with the white tag and not the green Rolex tag. Watch was received in like new condition. When I got a follow up call and was asked about my experience, I relayed my concern about receiving only the white tag and was told that this watch only came with the white sales tag and not the green Rolex tag. I was expecting both - it had been a miscommunication. They then shipped me a green Rolex Hang Tag. Now that is a company that is concerned about customer satisfaction! This was my first Rolex purchase and when I am ready to make my next purchase it will definitely be with Watchguys. Thanks Luis and Roberto!

I purchased a Rolex DD online. I admit that I was a little worried but Louis was very professional and called me when the store was closed to let me know that the order was processing. He provided photos and an appraisal. I received my Rolex DD via FedEx a couple of days later. I will be buying my next luxury watch with them also.
