Don't understand what the company stands for, make a purchase on the 19th of last month didn't get an update whatsoever from the company until I get bugging them for my product and still haven't received it, it's mindless to rate the company right now

My package was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days. I ordered on the 7th it was processed on the 9th and now when I check the tracking it just says it's still in Jamaica ny. 3/19/26 package still hasn't arrived and o still can't get a response from customer service. Awful/no customer service. There phone number does not work did not receive my items. Ordered item on 12/4 and today is 12/24 and no items nor have I been able to talk to someone about my order. Do not order.

Not gonna lie, I panicked after checkout because I clicked the wrong dial color. I emailed support and within ten minutes they cancelled, refunded, and helped me reorder. Watch arrived flawless, all stickers still on, I even recieved a polishing cloth for free.
