Never received the order.

I think the company can improve by sending their customers the product you pay for not just in a timely manner but period i was supposed to get my fathers watch by July 3rd if i order now let me see today is July 20th and still no watch 👎👎👎

Ordered a watch on 5/24/26 it is now 6/8/26 and it still has not shipped label was created thru FedEx then nothing else. Called the # for customer service no one ever answers sent a email never got a response. So having to dispute the purchase thru my credit card company. I would not buy anything from watches usa as it seems to basically be a scam.

I've been waiting for my order for two weeks but it hasn't arrived.

giving me tracking but been a week no update calling phone number nooone pick up it it say no in service checking with post offices items have not recived and status on thier website it said Fulfilled but doesnt have the items yet paying almost 300$ for the watches but giving me a tracking number but the shipping company didnt get the items , i think this website, been trying to find out wat going on calling but noone answer... email noone reply

Don't understand what the company stands for, make a purchase on the 19th of last month didn't get an update whatsoever from the company until I get bugging them for my product and still haven't received it, it's mindless to rate the company right now

I have not received my watch yet. I received a email saying it will not be delivered and i placed the order on february 11
