Product was not even close to the…
Product was not even close to the photo! And to correct this I was supposed to pay the shipping to exchange the item. The address on the website is in the United States...but it actually came from Dubai. Everything was very misleading

Hi Amy, I completely understand the frustration, and I am very sorry you feel this way, however as previously mentioned, we do have Returns & Exchanges Policy "Items may vary slightly in size, colour, and pattern to those visible on the online store". We were more than happy to exchange the watch for you however you refused because according to our T&Cs, "The customer must pay for postage and handling" and we never heard back from you. We are based in the United States, but we keep our stock in US, AUS, NZ, UK, and UAE to have a world-wide reach. The location of dispatch depends on the model you purchased. Thank you Amy for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us do better and we are looking to improve our product photos.

I never received my package I have been emailing for months and they are still making me pay for it

Hi Carrington, We have not received any emails from you, please make sure you're sending the emails to: [email protected] We are very sorry that you feel this way, however your package has been delivered on the 28th March at 09:49am. We have emailed you the Proof of delivery as well. Is there anybody in your house or neighborhood who could have picked it up for safekeeping? If not then the next step is to file a missing package claim with DHL. Once it's confirmed with DHL that it is indeed missing/stolen then we will go ahead and proceed with a replacement. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, I completely understand how frustrating this is. Please email us back at [email protected] so we can hopefully solve this issue. Horrible
Horrible. The product the customer service everything was absolutely awful . Will never purchase from them again they are SCAMMERS

We were not notified regarding this at all, but only after you have received your packages. This seems that there was a misunderstanding between you and Klarna. As mentioned Bianca, we completely understand your situation and unfortunately, according to our T&Cs, we cannot process the refund in this case. We informed you that we would be more than happy to exchange the watches with different models regardless the price difference. These people are scammers how do you run a company you can’t reach out to or communicate with I been waiting on my watch since April 1st and I haven’t received my watch yet or a tracking number today is the 10th shame on you people

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They ship from Dubai and never answer emails. I have been emailing this co and writing on their website and FB since January (it is April)- multiple emails, multiple times. The 1st watch I was sent was huge and it took a 2 months and a $40 charge and $10 shipping to get it replaced with a watch *in the wrong box with a scrap of paper taped on saying they were out of Diesel boxes, and the watch DOESN’T WORK*. This company also asked me to remove my negative review from this website because they sent me another watch. When I sent a requested video of the non working new watch through FB the company accused me of not knowing how to set a watch. REALLY? NO, THE UNWORN WATCH DOES NOT WORK AND I REFUSE TO GET A NEW BATTERY. I KNOW HOW TO SET AN ANALOG WATCH. They REFUSE TO send me return info or give me a refund. They have ignored my messages and the last time they responded they said they had issues with their emails...um..yeh right. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.So I now have an expensive, probably fake, watch from Dubai, that does not work and is sitting in the wrong box with the wrong instructions in my room, never worn. Bad decision to order thru this Co. Never again. I am filing a complaint with the BBB this week. Should not be called Watched of America, should be called Watches of United Arab Emirates.

I have sent multiple emails about my order with no response. I have sent messages on Instagram and Facebook, No response. If you claim to be a United States based company and carry stock is in US, then why are watches coming from Dubai??

I purchased 2watches on January 3rd and…
I purchased 2watches on January 3rd and received shipping information a week later. No movement or communications from emails sent concerning my order and status. This is not good business at all. After reading other reviews; Im convinced all positive reviews are bogus. I will not even consider recommending a company with zero human customer service that you can speak with. No words can fix an on going problem. And in response to the claimed email response: the only response was from the small partial refund that was allegedly needed to verify my purchase. Hadnt heard from a single representative concerning shipping or tracking that’s only states shipping information received. Furthermore; how can you respond to a particular complaint that you have no know of the purchase?
