I made an order that hasn’t been fulfilled yet. It has been over six months and I’ve requested a refund and it still hasn’t been given to me. I even offered to accept the order to be fulfilled if they were to send it again and that wasn’t even done. I’ve told them that I’ve communicated With a few agencies that would help me receive my refund, but when I try to get a hold of them it’s damn near impossible.

i was extremely disappointed with the quality of the watch. the numbers inside the face fell off after two weeks of wearing and the watch band tore after 2 months.

This company is a joke. They don't respond and now my 30 days is past due for a defective watch. Their return policy is a shady. Don't buy from this company. What an awful experience.

They promise authentic products. Bought some Nixon watches that were VERY fake. Had a local retailer verify that they are fake. I have emailed this company 3 times in the last month with zero responses. This is a scam website. Don't be a fool like I was. Edit: The reply from them that you see here is absolutely B.S.!!! Here it is a year later and instead of them replying to my email, they write this lie. I eventually took the watches to 2 shops to try and sell them and neither of them would purchase these watches, not even for $20 for all 3. I gave them to a friend's kid.

since we are buying online, it is very important to be able to return an item, especially if it wasn't even taken out of the package, since it's hard to tell what they look like on each person.

Hi Raizy, I appreciate your insights on the importance of convenient returns. I wanted to revisit our email conversation from last year concerning the exchange request for a watch. Despite our efforts to follow up, it seems we didn't receive your confirmation for the exchange. In our previous communication, we identified the watch for exchange, but without your response, the process couldn't move forward. Regrettably, due to the lack of confirmation on your end, we find it necessary to cancel the exchange request. We understand that circumstances may have changed, and we fully respect any decisions you've made in this regard. Should you have further inquiries or if there's anything else you'd like to discuss, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue serving you.

Do not buy watches from these dirt bags. They are selling fake watches. When you call them out on the authenticity of the watch, they completely ignore you.I even sent them pics proving it is fake. Nixon 51-30

i bought a watch from them and when i received it, it didn’t meet my expectations so as a normal person i wanted to return it but reaching them was literally impossible. They’re confusing and don’t even know how to handle their customer service. It was basically impossible to even make a return. I don’t advise y’all to buy from here except if you want to be disappointed. Their prices are just made to attract customers. Also if you really want to buy from here, be ready you’re gonna be paying duty fees.
