Items I wanted were out of stock / and no free shipping 🙁 I absolutely love these mats and wish there were more design options, more sales, and free shipping!

Hi Kimberly, be sure to sign up for our newsletter (on webpage) as we periodically have member specials! Our stock levels should also be coming back up in the next week or so.

I gave you 4 stars only because you sent me the wrong rug but handled it immediately. I now have 3 rugs and have just ordered a. fourth. I discovered you at Pottery Barn.
Response from WashdrymatsJan 4, 2022
Hi Nancy, we completely understand the reason for the four star review, but also thank you for your patience in this matter, and of course for the extra orders! We used this as a training exercise in our shipping department so that this type of issue will not happen in the future. Happy New Year and we hope you will tell all of your friends and family about Studio 67 washable rugs!

Great mats! I would like a bit more selection. Even though they have many choices, I would love even more!!! (That saying, I found 2 to order today!)

Hi Paula, I am glad you like the mats you ordered! Keep checking back on our website, we add new designs a couple of times a year!

Love the mat- I only gave it four stars because I think it’s ridiculously overpriced. But I do love it!

Hi Margaret, we are glad you love the mat and know that they are priced a bit higher than what you see in the market. That's because we build in so many great features, but the most important is that the mat can be machine washed and dried, over and over again. You will enjoy this cute mat for years to come!

The kitchen mat is gorgeous! My only complaint is that it took forever to get to us! Would be better not to ship via the US Post Office.
Response from WashdrymatsMay 7, 2021
Hi Linda, thank you for the review, we try to provide the best shipping options for our customers, and it is unfortunate that the USPS took so long to deliver your package. We would love to see a photo of the mat in your kitchen if you would like to share to Trust Pilot!
TAMARA P.
Pretty mat but not as grippy as I was hoping for.
Response from WashdrymatsOct 14, 2020
Hi Tamara, thank you for your review. Our slip proof rubber does a great job on most hard surfaces, but there will be some surfaces where it may not have as much traction. Just be sure to keep the surface underneath your mat free from loose particles. Please let us know if you have any questions.
