Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. One rep told me one thing, and another wouldn’t honor it. Went back and asked twice for them to listen to the conversation, and was denied. Also, Wouldn’t respond to emails.

Unable to change credit card information
The website was easy, but when it came to paying, it had my credit card number in there, which was no longer valid because it was compromised. I tried to change it several times, but I couldn’t. When I hit placed order, it took my old credit card number, which I don’t think will work. Not customer friendly! I don’t complain about anything, but this was frustrating.
