Jorge Pontoja, with whom I worked throughout the process was an exceptional representative of the benefits of being a member of a credit union. His friendliness and efficiency made me feel like I was important enough to receive his fullest attention.

I would like to give a SPECIAL thanks to Pat Taffs. This is the second mortgage refinance she has helped us with. We did our personal residence in 2013 when rates were great and now the purchase of my family home. Thank you so much for your patience with me during this long process.

I have had to contact Wasatch Peaks several times the last couple of weeks. Each time Ethan has been very helpful and patient even with multiple calls in one day with endless questions. He has helped with transfers on an account, transfers to another member account, cancelling and ordering a new debit card and countless balance inquiries.
