It was great banking with you for around 15 years, but they didn't explain what i needed to do to get loan when i asked so i got it at America first 2 years ago. I have paid half my loan off for my car 15,000 dollars of 30,000 in the 2 years. So i closed my accounts last weak if i can't get a loan from you i decided why bank with you.

The customer service has been fantastic and the tellers have always been very helpful. I do wish the money market accounts could get a higher interest rate. I have thought about changing to America First because their rates are higher, but I've been here my whole teaching career and hate to change.
