Wasatch Peaks Credit UnionReviews of wasatchpeaks.com

I have been a member for 5 years but I can’t even get a loan or line of credit. Sucks but oh well I guess. Somewhere I can just get my paycheck.

I had my wallet stolen so I needed a replacement ATM card. The women I spoke to on the phone stated she would send one to my home address. After a week or so I still didn't receive it. So I called customer support and they said that it was actually never sent out/that request wasn't put in. I was frustrated because I wanted to retrieve money from my account because it was close to Thanksgiving, but I understood because I too work in customer service and get that mistakes happen. So a few days went by and I did receive my card. I tried to call the back of the card to set up my pin, but wasn't able to do so (most companies you can just set it up over the phone by calling the number on the back) I was told I had to go into an actual branch to set up my pin. So I went to the branch in Ogden Utah off Jefferson to get it set up. After my visit I thought that everything was fine. Later in the week I went to the ATM to use my card and I was told the pin was never set up. Now I was extremely frustrated because the teller made a mistake. I had to wait over the weekend to go back in to get it set up. When I returned on Monday I immediately asked to speak to a manger and not deal with the poorly trained tellers. The manger was very helpful and helped me with the pin. She then took it a step further and walked outside with me to make sure my pin was set it...and it wasn't!! So not even the manager could figure it out. We went back inside and she tried a few more things. 20 minutes later she figured it out and we went outside to the ATM to try it and it work. The manager was extremely nice during the process, but it was all still very frustrating. The entire company seems inexperienced. I now have another banking institution and have slowed started to move my business to them - America First

Customer service rep was the rudest person I’ve ever talk to. I’ve been in limbo switching banks and waiting for Wahsatch peaks app to catch up to America first but after my last call with them I will never use WasatchPeaks again and I will be telling everyone I know not to use them.
