AWESOME CU
AWESOME CU! I don't give out 5 stars. Wasatch Peaks CU has always treated me very well. The staff is friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Mostly positive.
Overall, very positive. We rated 4 due to a total fiasco as we tried to open up a new account for our greatgrandaughter. We got conflicting instructions from employees, and had promised emails that were never sent. After trying for over a week, we went to our local credit union, and in 5 minutes had an account established.

Would like to see Wasatch let customers setup accounts to raise funds for donations for funerals.

My experience with Wasatch Peaks Credit Union so far has been very good! I would have given them five stars is because they keep misspelling my name and my full name is JESSE STRAUBE NUNEZ! They only keep putting Jesse Nunez - that is INCORRECT! My CORRECT name is JESSE STRAUBE NUNEZ! Please spell my full name like this: JESSE STRAUBE NUNEZ! On all my documents, please, no exceptions!
