My spouse and I have been members of Wasatch Peaks Credit Union for nearly 50 years, beginning when it was Ogden Government Federal Employees Credit Union. Service has always been great, especially processing and managing loans. I would rate it 5 stars if the online banking was better, especially Billpay. It is not as user friendly as other credit unions we have done business with. Monthly account statements availability are always a few days later than what would be expected. We do plan to continue doing business with Wasatch Peaks.

If I want to pay the monthly bill on my car plus pay extra on the principal, I am required to make out one check for the payment and another for the extra that I am paying on the principal. This seems ridiculous when I am paying both at the same time. I should be able to make out one check and indicate how much extra I wish to pay on the principal!

I have been a member for a long time. I really appreciate the variety of services that Wasatch Peaks provides. I also enjoy how involved they make my family feel. We love the yearly meeting and movie. When we bring our kids in and they have a lot of money to deposit, I don't feel like a burden to the tellers. The online banking makes it so easy for me to balance my budget. Thanks!
