Staff was always very pleasant
Staff was always very pleasant, and they definitely had excellent rates. However, we ended up moving our loan over to another credit union because it was so hard to ever find out information about the loan (ie: how much is left on it). I would always have to call and jump through so many hoops. I tried to set up an online account, but after speaking to a couple different workers to get it set up, I still wasn't able to.

your online banking is not very user…
your online banking is not very user friendly. I belong to to other banks with online banking and have never had a problem with either one of them

Payments declined after being told it will work
I’ve had many problems with having many purchases be declined even after I call them and tell them I’m making this purchase or calling again after saying that I’m going to try the purchase again. It almost always requires me to call at LEAST 3 times. Which is honestly horrible.

Jerome, you can put a lock on your debit and credit cards through the CardNav app. This might provide you the feature you're looking for.

As A Diverse Member, At Times I Don't Feel Welcomed
As a member, at times, I feel don't feel welcomed coming in the some of the branches. The service from one teller to another is not consistent some are really nice but most the most part, I have not have good experience with tellers of this credit union. I feel like some of the tellers do not have the cultural sensitivity and make assumption of some members based on their race as I often have experienced. Because of this I have considered closing my account in this institution.

Room for improvement
Good credit union but more than half the time bad customer service and/or rude staff. If the good things I've experienced weren't as good as they were I would have closed the account based off interactions alone.
