I applied for a car loan through Wasatch peaks. Received a phone call asking for clarification on a few things which i sent in an email. I called three seperate times, left three seperate messages and STILL havent heard on a decision being made. I've moved on since but I've lost respect in this Credit Union.

Would be nice to have member service! Sadly not pleased with the debit-card process” makes zero scents to have issues with card constantly! Or transactions clearing prior to deposits “ going in “same day”

1. I hate the fact this bank atm specially the one located in 9 and Washington never seems to work properly.. it's always been a pain when trying to withdraw any amount of cash .. I had complained many times and they always said they "don't know the reason", "it's not working at that time" or " my debit card seems to be the problem " tired of it. that's why I dont use it anymore. Also they are very rude when in the phone helping you, (not everyone) but most of them. Lastly their choices when trying to apply for a long or a house are limited. I also forgot to mention that there atm wont let you deposit any money!!! big issue of all. I had to stop using this bank for more then 2 yrs for this reason specially.. the only way I was using it within that time was to pay off other credit cards and accounts .. more like a saving account then a regular checking account.

Usually been great to work with but the staff at the Ogden branch have been so rude to deal with I rather not deal the credit union any more. Honestly if they don’t want to do there job they should find a new one customer service might not be the best choice for them.

Reported a late payment by mistake, on my account. It dropped my credit score by 40 points last April. It took me until August to get my score back up. In the meantime when I went to buy a car it affected my ability to get a decent rate.

Their debit card will let you overdraft on a video game but it won't let you buy milk or something from the store that you need. But it will let you bind coins or diamonds or whatever you need for online gaming but it won't allow you to buy milk,or bread

I think after banking with you for almost a decade your account reps would be more friendly and willing to release a hold on a check before 5 business days. Rather disappointed with the service and feeling like I was trying to pass a fake check.

The products available are satisfactory for a credit union but the employees are obviously not held accountable for their poor customer service skills. We have been with them for years along with being Wells Fargo customers. Every Wells Fargo's employee has always been friendly and courteous. Wasatch Peaks employees are the complete opposite. From the tellers to the loan officers they act like they are you a favor for allowing you to be a customer. Being a former grocery Customer Service Manager I have spoken to the Branch Manager to give her a heads up and there been no change.
