Hi Paul, We looked into your order and looks like we should have sent you the following items: Warriors Tackle Face Shield Warriors Tackle Sticker Lunkerhunt Micro Spoons Lunkerhunt Pure Silver Spud Warriors Tackle Spinnerbait White & Grey Warriors Minnow Suspending Jerkbait Big Bite Baits Jointed Jerk Minnow Phantom Lure Banshee Ghost Pearl Please let us know if any of these items were not sent. Many of these items were sent based off of your preference, for example if you selected Trout. LunkerHunt, Big Bites, and Phantom lures are really good brands. Our own brand are also of high quality, that feature Mustad or VMC hooks. Even though we sent you quality lures, we understand that the delayed in shipment by USPS can make the experience not so pleasing. Unfortunately, you were one of about 20 subscribers whose packages were misplaced by either the fulfillment center or USPS. We have addressed the matter with them. The fulfillment center we use do hire people with disabilities, so they may at times make a error. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We sent you an email to see if we can remedy the situation for you. We look forward to your reply.

Mediocre at best per my experience. Somehow my box was lost in the warehouse/usps. Took more than a month to receive. Sometimes it took a day or more to get a response. Wasnt impressed with what I got honestly. Edit- I appreciate the fact you hire those with disabilities. But, when I made it aware I wasnt happy at all, I was only offered a $5 dollar credit. Now that a review that doesnt fall the way you want it to, I now receive an offer for a $20 credit or 3 free lures? Where was that customer service when it counted? I will stick to my initial review.

Hi William, That's terrible that you were disappointed. Unfortunately, you were one of about 20 subscribers whose packages were misplaced by either the fulfillment center or USPS. We have addressed the matter with them. The fulfillment center we use do hire people with disabilities, so they may at times make a error. Regarding our lures, they are manufacturered by the same manufacturers of Rapala, 6th Sense, River2Sea, and other big name brands. It's all branding, but it's all the same quality. We also put Mustad and Rapala hooks on all of our lures. Our lures are of high quality. We sent you an email to see if we can remedy the situation for you.

My opinion is the quality of the products that I have received have been as good as there is.the price on monthly subscription box are compatible with competitors I feel like I get what I pay for from warriors and I have had bad experiences with some others and not got what I expected.if I could change anything about the business that I do with warriors it would be to receive my product earlier but hey that’s probably just me being inpatient.yes I do and would highly recommended them for your fishing wants and needs and expertise.nice to do so without leaving your house.thank you for everything I will continue doing business with you guys.

Decided to try Warrior Tackle Supply after seeing their display at an Outdoor Show. I have received my first months box and was pleasantly surprised! They upgrade all hooks on their lures which is awesome. I look forward to trying these lures I have never used before. It would be awesome if they posted a link to or had a short video on their website showing how to properly utilize the lures in the box (what rod, reel, retrieve techniques) to get the most out of the experience! Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my next box!
