Hello Bob, We appreciate the feedback. We actually switch up what we send every month. For example, the first box is typically our branded lures, they are not unbranded. We use the same manufacturer as many larger brands (e.g. 6th Sense, River2Sea, Googan, and many more). The key difference is that you get the same high quality lures for a larger discount. However, we do send other brands from time to time. We sent a mix of brands recently for the month of June and the month of May. We will go back to our brand for August. You can shoot us an email and we can send you some different brands. We always have stock of different brands we can send. Just email our customer support that you spoke with management and we approved to send you some free lures of different brands. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions. Updated: We hope you understand that being a startup business doesn’t mean our quality is bad. Finding the right manufacturer is one of the biggest challenges of making good quality lures. We use the same materials and the same manufacturer. We stand by the quality of our lures. We also try to make it clear on our website and social media accounts. We post many pictures of our lures and our Warriors kits. So we try our best to make sure customers are aware that we send both our brand and other brands. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello, If you ordered two separate boxes with two different emails then there is no way for us to catch it's to the same customer. You created separate accounts. You needed to place the second order through the same account. This way different lures are shipped in each box. Thank you!

Hi Ryan, We are following up on your review regarding you not receiving your package. Shipping to Canada does vary in time due to customs, and unfortunately we don't have much control over that. It's showing processed in Canada and in transit to you on February 5th. If you do not receive it within a few days please let us know so we can look into further. If they are unable to provide a status we will ship another box. Regarding the Canada tariffs it's clearly stated prior to checking out. When selecting Canada as a shipping address our system will automatically pop up a message that all Canadian subscribers may be charged tariffs by the Canadian government and customers will be responsible. These fees has nothing to do with Warriors Tackle Supply, but imposed by the Canadian government. However, we emailed you prior to you receiving your box and offering you credit towards your purchase. Please check your SPAM if you have not received the email. Thank you!

Hi Herbert, We apologize for any confusion you may have had when purchasing or subscribing to our box. As stated on our website, our boxes are a variety box. We do not offer species specific boxes. However, we ask our customers for their species preferences so we can try to include some lures in each box that can target those species. We try to make this clear by putting the below message, that is shown to customers prior to their purchase. Our boxes will consist of lures for targeting multiple species. Our boxes are perfect for a gift, beginners, or even experts looking to be introduced to new lures and brands. "Our boxes will consist of lures that can target various species of fish. By selecting your preferences, it will allow us to include lures that can target your favorite species of fish." We understand that some customers may confuse the preferences section as species specific boxes. Hi Travis, Our boxes are a variety box, but we allow subscribers to choose specific species so we can try to mix in lures for those species as well. We apologize if this wasn't clear and for any confusion. You should have received some lures for trout in your box. One of our customer service representative will be reaching out to you shortly.

Hi William, That's terrible that you were disappointed. Unfortunately, you were one of about 20 subscribers whose packages were misplaced by either the fulfillment center or USPS. We have addressed the matter with them. The fulfillment center we use do hire people with disabilities, so they may at times make a error. Regarding our lures, they are manufacturered by the same manufacturers of Rapala, 6th Sense, River2Sea, and other big name brands. It's all branding, but it's all the same quality. We also put Mustad and Rapala hooks on all of our lures. Our lures are of high quality. We sent you an email to see if we can remedy the situation for you.
