Best decision I made to join Warrior Babe! I was hesitant when I first learned about it but a year in, and I don’t regret it. I haven’t felt as good as I feel today! It’s not a quick fix but I have no doubts it will be life changing which it has already been. Shout out to Raven Hughes, best coach! You can’t go wrong joining WB! It’s an amazing community with knowledgeable coaches.

I joined the WB program in January of 2024. After years of putting everything and everyone before my self care. It was time to take control. I found a video of Nikki and knew that it was the structured program that I needed. My coach Shelley Erasmus is the best. Without her I would not have made the strides that I have. I am living proof that it works. I am healthy and strong and love getting my body back. Thank you Wsrrior Babe!!!

Coach Megan Nickell is the best! The whole program is very supportive. It’s nice to see so many women support each other. This is not a “fad” program.

This program is Definitely Not a scam. Individual coaches provide a 1:1 customized training and diet plan tailored to each individual to meet your goals/needs. Absolutely love that it is tailored to my needs only! Now that I have learned what works best for my own body, I have had Great success in losing weight and maintaining muscle mass as well as have the energy to keep up with a busy schedule. Definitely worth the cost!

I started this program after years of trying various diets. The older I got, the less effective the diets became. Strategies that once worked for me suddenly had little effect. I really wondered if I was going to have to choose between enjoying my life or accepting the fact that I was just going to keep gaining weight every year. Warrior Babe sounded too good to be true - “I get to eat carbs and change my body?!” - but I liked the photos of real women who were getting real results. My conversations with my coach, Celest, made it clear that this program was about taking better care of my body, not about punishing it. To my amazement, I began to lose weight while eating more food than I’d eaten in years! My coach introduced me to strength training, which isn’t as intimidating as I once thought. I love that I get stronger each week. I feel like I’m finally friends with my body again, thanks to the nutrition, exercise, and weekly support videos.

Coach Lauren Bradley helps keep me accountable to my health and fitness goals. Warrior Babe has helped me retrain the way I think about eating and exercising especially after menopause. This is no fad or trend, it’s a lifestyle.

Zoom one-on-ones with the same coach who gets to know you, your challenges, your habits and your wins. Personalized workout routines and nutrition goals that are reviewed and modified regularly so you don't get bored or stuck in an endless plateau. Worth every single penny spent. And cheaper than sourcing weekly nutrition and personal training locally.

I joined the Warrior Babe VIP 5 months ago. Right after joining I sustained a leg injury. WB and my coach Victoria, have been incredibly helpful in my rehabilitation. She created workouts that I could do to keep my upper body strength. We created meals that would help me reach my goals. And most importantly she cheered and encouraged me the entire time. Now I am back to the gym and making great progress. She didn't push me during the down time, she listened, encouraged and tweaked my plan to make it successful for my recovery! WB coaches truly have your very best interest at heart and ALWAYS meet you where you are at in your fitness journey!
